We've added more granular Cases permissions that allow you create roles appropriate to a particular user group.

The Case components below now have the following additional permissions to select from:

• Actions - create, update, delete & run

• Comments - create, update & delete

• Description - update & update task status

• Files - create & delete

• Records - create, update & remove from case

• Metadata - update
