You can now define and set custom input fields for cases, allowing you to tailor data capture on cases to your specific needs. These input fields are configured at the team level and can be set on each case individually.
Input fields can be set through the UI on a case, via the Tines API, or within the case action tile in a Tines story. Once configured, these fields are accessible in the case’s description, comments, and the new “Fields” section on the right-hand side panel in the case view.
Additionally, input values can be fetched using the Tines API, and cases may be searched based on these values.
