Get host log alerts from Devo SIEM

Pull in Devo alert definitions for logs on all hosts. Create issues in Jira if a high number of multiple failed login attempts by a user has occurred in the last half hour. Check with the user via Slack if this was intentional, and help them to reset their password if necessary.
