Manage Entro exposure notifications via Slack and Jira

When Entro is triggered by a critical exposure, the status is updated, the owner is found via Slack, and a form is sent to them. If it is a false positive, the story discards it. If escalation is needed, a Jira ticket with all the details is created, and the security manager is notified on Slack.
