Sensitive files shared to personal email

When an employee sends an email outside of our registered domain, an event is triggered in Splunk to notify us. In this Tines workflow, we check the associated Jira ticket and append all relevant information. We verify if the employee is scheduled to leave soon using SAP and gather their reasoning for sending the email. Once all the information is collected, we notify the analysts via Slack that everything is ready for their final revie
