Analyze vulnerabilities from JupiterOne by source account

Query JupiterOne for open vulnerabilities and create issues in Jira for each source account identified. Then, add the details of each finding as a subtask to the relevant source account Jira issue, prioritize based on the severity, and send a Slack notification.
