When your team introduces changes to the test story, they trigger an approval request. The team admin then either approves or rejects the change. Once the change is approved, the team admin or builder can push the changes live.

This update includes webhook notifications for the status of a change (create, approved, rejected, cancelled, or pushed) which you can use in other automations or external systems.
