Quickly navigate throughout your case with the new table of contents. This feature includes a number of enhancements:

• Table of contents now persists in the left panel

• The "Timeline" has been renamed to "Activity" and moved over to the right panel

• Click a heading within the TOC to automatically scroll to that description heading or block

• Select the spotlight icon on one or more headings to only show those headings

• Case details such as tags, priority, SLA, and assignees are now displayed at the top of the case
