Assign New Okta Administrator Role to Okta from BambooHR through Opal

Run a daily report against BambooHR to pull details of all employees recently hired that need to be assigned an Okta Admin Role, which is represented as an Opal resource. Adds the new user to have access to the role through Opal as necessary, kicking off any pre-configured approval flow for the resource in the background. The entire process is documented through Jira as record. The user can optionally create the user in Bamboo through the pages app that is supplied in this playbook.
