Create and manage an Email API through Tines

This [Story functions as an API powered by Tines](https://www.tines.com/docs/apis) that allows you to assign an [Email Delegate](https://support.google.com/a/answer/11946994?hl=en) or an [Email Alias](https://support.google.com/a/answer/33327?hl=en) within Google Workspace. The story can be called from any source that can access your Tines tenant (ex: terminal, external codebase, or another Tines Story via a [Send to Story](https://www.tines.com/docs/stories/send-to-story) action). Tracking the email delegate or alias assignment is done via an incident in ServiceNow and Tines but can be easily adjusted to track in any case management tool.
