We are looking to hire an In-House Corporate Recruiter to support our growing Sales & G&A functions in North America. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support Tines' growing Go to Market teams and supporting G&A functions like marketing and operations. You will have a direct hand in helping build Tines as we continue our growth into next financial year.

Location: Boston, MA (hybrid)
This is a Temporary 6 month assignment position.
This role will report directly into the Recruiting Lead based in Ireland and also partner closely and support our N.America Recruiting team in Boston.
What you will be doing:
- Source best in class talent across a variety of roles - from sales, customer success, business development, marketing and Operations
- Research, source and engage with passive candidates to provide qualified top of funnel talent utilizing direct sourcing, referrals and social media with a focus on diversity recruitment
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a deep understanding of our business and market, our departments, and the requirements and function of our roles
- Build candidate pipelines from the ground up for key roles
- Manage and own a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, negotiating offers and closing candidates
- Assisting recruiters with sourcing and pipeline generation activities as required
- Create, recommend and implement strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles
- Deliver a world class Candidate Experience every time by providing support, guidance and direction for candidates throughout their interview journey
- Speak passionately and authentically about Tines and be able to clearly articulate the mission and journey ahead for the company
What you bring with you:
- 2-4 years recruiting and/or sourcing experience from an agency or in house
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting is an advantage
- Prior experience recruiting for Sales and/or Go To Market functions / roles
- Experience in pro-active sourcing against numerous open headcounts with a focus on delivering qualified candidate talent in specific timeframes
- Ability to operate well in a fast moving environment
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems (eg. Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience partnering with business managers to advise on best approaches to secure passive talent - Recruiting is a Team Sport!

Salary: $110,000 per calendar year.
