Tines is looking to hire a Technical In-House Recruiter to support our growing software engineering and product functions in North America and EMEA. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to support and run hiring for Tines' technical functions such as technical support engineering and professional services. You will have a direct hand in helping build Tines as we continue our growth trajectory over the coming years.

Curious, persuasive and collaborative, the successful candidate will work with team members in both N.America and Europe.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter working with software engineering, product functions and other technical functions.
This role will report directly into the Recruitment Lead in Ireland.
Location: Boston, MA
This is a Temporary 11 month contract position.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the full-cycle technical recruiting process - you’ll lead top-of-funnel strategy, manage search efforts, and drive candidates through the process to successfully close offers
- Source best in class technical talent across a variety of roles - from engineering and product to technical support
- Research, source and engage with both passive and active candidates to provide qualified top of funnel talent utilizing direct sourcing, referrals and social media
- Partner with engineering, product and technical Hiring Managers to develop a deep understanding of our business and market, our departments, and the requirements and function of our roles
- Build candidate pipelines from the ground up for high impact roles
- Create, recommend and implement strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles
- Deliver a world class Candidate Experience every time by providing support, guidance and direction for candidates throughout their interview journey
- Speak passionately and authentically about Tines and be able to clearly articulate the mission and journey ahead for the company
What you bring with you:
- 3-5 years recruiting experience preferably in scale-ups or high growth companies
- 2+ years of experience hiring Software Engineers preferably in an in-house recruiting role
- Experience in hunting and pro-active sourcing of passive engineering and technical talent with a focus on delivering qualified candidate talent in specific timeframes
- A genuine passion for building diverse and dynamic teams, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking system (eg. Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter etc )
- Experience co-ordinating candidate skills assessments using technical interview platforms - we use Byteboard
- Comfortable with scheduling own interviews
- Partnering with engineering, product and technical stakeholders to advise on best approaches to secure passive talent - Recruiting at Tines is a Team Sport!
- Implement and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and engage passive candidates You will be expected to go beyond inbound applications and referrals
- Serve as a recruiting consultant to your technical stakeholders suggesting improvements to the hiring/interview process
Salary: $110,000 per annum / 11 months = $100, 833
