As a member of the Recruiting team at Tines, you'll play a pivotal role in influencing the pace of our growth, shaping our perception in the market and delivering a world class candidate experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support Tines' continued growth and will source, manage and hire talent across various GTM teams and disciplines such as account executives, solutions engineering, partnerships and marketing.
The Senior GTM Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and maintaining robust candidate pipelines specifically from SaaS / technology companies that sell solutions to technical stakeholders and personas. This includes identifying and engaging top sales, solutions engineering and partnerships talent experienced in navigating conversations and relationships with key technical decision-makers such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and senior stakeholders in IT, Product and Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique skill sets required to succeed in GTM roles targeting technical buyers.

Your ability to communicate our compelling story will be key to attracting the best talent to drive our success.
This individual will play a pivotal role in both the Recruiting and People functions at Tines. In bringing the best GTM talent to our company, you will have a direct hand in scaling Tines by supporting our continued success and expansion over the coming years.
Location: EST ( we have our U.S. hub in Boston) or CST
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and GTM leadership to understand team requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Proactively source and engage top-tier GTM talent with a focus on identifying those candidates that have experience working with technical stakeholders and personas
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms - such as LinkedIn Recruiter - to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial sourcing to final candidate selection and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong GTM talent pipelines for future roles
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, challenges and successes adapting and pivoting searches when necessary
- Stay informed of industry trends, market changes and competitor landscapes to ensure effective recruitment strategies
- Clearly articulate and sell the Tines’ vision and value proposition
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS to track candidate progress through funnel, resurface existing talent and keep consistently clean data for reporting
- Ensure all candidates have a world class candidate experience at Tines regardless of hiring outcome
What you bring with you:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in GTM recruiting with an emphasis on hiring revenue generating /quota based roles such as account executives, solutions engineers and partnerships
- Proven track record of successful full-lifecycle GTM recruiting in an in-house recruiting function
- Expertise in identifying and qualifying GTM candidates who can successfully sell to technical personas / stakeholders and will thrive in complex, technical sales cycles at Tines
- Strong sourcing capabilities with an ability to identify where top talent resides
- Autonomous approach with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions and disciplines
- Ability to excite and delight candidates to see how joining Tines can truly accelerate their professional career advancement
- Possess a passion for recruiting and a level of urgency in all stages of the recruiting process
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) (ideally Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with a history of successfully partnering with leadership and collaborating across teams
- Comfort working in a team environment and collaboratively on wider recruitment initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and at times changing environment
