We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be our first dedicated sales compensation hire and will own the management of our sales compensation process end-to-end. You will be responsible for administering and ensuring the accuracy of our sales compensation processes. Your meticulous attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and ability to work cross-functionally will play a critical role in this role.

Our employee is required to be located in Ireland. Our ideal candidate will be based in proximity to our Dublin office, working remote or semi-remote. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process for sales compensation calculations, ensuring accuracy in payouts and alignment with plan rules.
  • Prepare, validate, and distribute compensation statements to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely processing of payouts.
  • Conduct detailed audits of data to ensure the integrity of quota attainment and commission calculations.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into plan effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Own the evolution of our sales compensation processes and tooling (CaptivateIQ) and up-level how we operate to day to help us rapidly scale
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of standardised compensation workflows.
  • Partner with your Commercial Operations teammates and Finance to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries related to compensation.
  • Support the design and roll-out of new sales compensation plans by providing data modelling and scenario analysis.

Experience/Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets and creating automated reports.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and incentive compensation management (ICM) tools such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or Varicent is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating across teams and presenting findings.
