We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate pipeline and revenue growth at Tines through Product-Led Growth (PLG) and lead generation initiatives. This role focuses on driving digital acquisition and conversion, scaling our freemium product, and optimizing the digital experiences to increase engagement and qualified leads.

We have a strong preference for our employee to be based near our US HQ in Boston, or our global HQ in Dublin, Ireland. Alternative locations considered are EST states only. You can work remotely within these regions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product-led growth by expanding our freemium product user base and turning high-potential users into qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Build and manage ‘always-on’ digital marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition for our freemium product and generate leads.
  • Continuously analyze website and campaign data to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO improvements.
  • Run marketing experiments to test new acquisition channels, optimize digital experiences and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead paid advertising efforts to maximize audience engagement and improve cost-per-acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams on automation, operations, and analytics projects to support growth initiatives.
  • Be the in-house technical growth expert on the team collaborating closely with colleagues in across the marketing, product and GTM teams.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing in a B2B/SaaS technology environment.
  • Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization, SEO, and running digital marketing experiments.
  • Prior experience with Product Led Growth or supporting a Freemium product is essential.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
  • A hacker’s mindset—you're resourceful, always looking for new, efficient ways to solve challenges and scale growth.
  • Bias for speed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment , can juggle competing priorities and are able to set and maintain a high pace, inspiring your team to keep up
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills.
