What happened this past quarter?
We’re kicking off a new series called the Tines Lookback where we sit down with our Product team, Engineers, and Designers to showcase some of the recent projects they’ve been working on in Tines. It’s filled with conversations that can help you understand how to make the most of these features.
Topics include:
Our Tines-powered AI chat interface Workbench (00:48)
Recent accessibility updates to the Storyboard (3:58)
The latest with Cases and dashboards (11:26)
A new runtime option with AWS CLI (20:07)
View a specific story run
It can sometimes be tricky to view event data when multiple story runs have occurred in a busy or complicated story.
Now, builders can trace the path of a particular story run by filtering the event data to only display events for that selected run.
Action inputs for private templates
Did you know you could add action inputs to private templates? Well, now you can!
Private templates allow you to work in Tines with a private API, or if you require custom fields and configurations for your own tools.
With this new feature, action inputs hide a potential layer of complexity and present users with a list of inputs to fill in via a simple interface.
Hide positional changes when testing
We’ve hidden positional changes in the Storyboard so users can focus on the changes that could impact a story’s functionality.
These are now hidden by default, but you can easily toggle them back on to continue seeing the changes.
Better manage your credentials
The ability to view and manage your credentials tenant-wide is back and better than ever!
Tenant owners need to be able to audit credentials in their tenant from a dedicated page in Tines. They now have access to a table that displays a range of information about their credentials, which can be filtered down by specific teams.
Also, looking to create a new credential? You can now search for the credential type directly from the credentials page to help narrow down your search.
