Set conditions for page elements 

The beauty of Tines pages is that you can interact with anyone at any point in the workflow, so why not make those pages more dynamic and even more interactive? All of you agreed, because our most requested capability is finally live!

Today, you can set conditions to show, hide, or disable elements on a page based on the preceding elements. This makes the page more focused, only revealing relevant information to the individual.

AI in Tines: bring your own AI key 

Take advantage of your Anthropic or OpenAI license for AI in Tines. We now offer the option of either our default model or for you to connect to your preferred vendor for all of AI in Tines.

You can now confirm your team’s AI usage directly on the Storyboard. The Tines AI action metadata is a new source of information within event data that includes not only token and credit usage but also the model used in the events it emits.

Tenant permissions: new updates 

Tenant owners can now assign builders individual tenant permissions to perform certain actions previously reserved for tenant owners. Extend responsibilities to more builders to help manage your tenant efficiently.

Introducing the settings center 

With our new settings center, we’ve centralized all your needs into one location for effortless searching. From the left-side panel, you can navigate between different settings for easy access.

Cases: now in mobile view 

You can now review cases from your phone. This lets you review information, take quick actions, and resolve cases from anywhere. Check out a demo here.

Run script support for self-hosted 

The Tines UI is great for most things, but gnarly data transformations and some unique situations require the power of code. 

That’s why we initially introduced the ability to run scripts in Tines, and why we’re excited to enable this for our self-hosted customers as well.
