Pages: building for the end user
When building applications in Tines, you want an interactive and personalized experience for the end user.
Level up your Tines pages by allowing users to search for available options in a field or select multiple items in a table.

AI action: JSON mode activated
The AI action in Tines is a helpful feature, but sometimes the outputs from an AI model might not be formatted exactly how you like them.
Use the new JSON mode option to ensure your responses are structured in easy-to-consume JSON.
As of December, Amazon’s new family of AI models are available to use with the AI action. Check out what’s available.
And speaking of AI, did you hear AI in Tines is now available for self-hosted tenants?
LOOP option: support for array processing
Looping in Tines is a great way to easily process an array and transform, filter, or reduce incoming events.
We’ve added LOOP option support for array processing for both Groups and Send to Story.
Once the loop finishes, results can be aggregated, ensuring all data is collected and returned cohesively in the final event.
Cases: even more customizable
We ’re always looking for ways to improve on Cases, and December was no exception. Here are some of the new enhancements with Cases:
Linked case templates: modify templates from the storyboard and with automatic updates
Cases list mobile view: navigate and filter your cases from your mobile device
Reorder case actions: customize the order of actions that fits your needs
View records IDs in records table: record IDs now included in the records table for stronger identification
But wait, there's more!
It may be the holidays, but the Tines product team was hard at work this month, and we couldn’t exclude the other features that came out:
Search events using time range filters
View change requests in a more visual way
Link directly to an action using STORY_RUN_LINK()
