At Tines, we’re proud to say we're partner-first. That means we collaborate closely with partners to deliver best-in-class workflow orchestration and automation, and empower customers to tackle their biggest security and IT challenges. In 2024, we took things a step further by introducing several new AI innovations - Automatic Mode, the AI Action, and Workbench - that enable us to power even more of the world’s most important workflows.

This commitment to innovation and meaningful partnerships is at the heart of what we do and how we deliver for our customers, so it’s incredibly rewarding to see these efforts recognized by industry leaders. 

Announcing Tines’ CRN 2024 Stellar Startup win 

Today, CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, announced that Tines has been included on its 2024 Stellar Startups list in the security category. This prestigious list highlights fast-rising technology vendors that drive innovation and foster growth in the IT channel with groundbreaking products.

It’s a welcome reflection of our dedication to our channel partner ecosystem, which boasts over 200 of the world’s leading organizations, including GuidePoint Security, Trace3, Evotek, and Kudelski, all experienced in delivering exceptional customer value with Tines.

Shared growth through partner enablement 

Our focus on shared growth for Tines, our partners, and customers laid the foundation for our channel partner program, which launched in April 2024. And the results speak for themselves.

Our channel partner program has experienced remarkable growth and success over the past year, with partners involved in 90% of our new customer deals and contributing 35% of our net new revenue. Our ecosystem has expanded to include over 200 organizations, reinforcing our commitment to delivering impactful solutions together.

The growing success of our channel program is also evident in the number of certified Tines experts within our partner network. We’ve seen an impressive 50% year-over-year growth in partner certifications. 

Due to increased demand, in 2024 we expanded our certification offerings to include advanced certificates - ensuring that hundreds of engineers in the Tines Partner community are fully equipped to unlock Tines breadth of capabilities and provide the best possible support to shared customers.

While we’re proud of our joint success to date, we won’t stop there. In 2025, we’re expanding nationally with partners like Trace3, SHI, and GuidePoint Security, investing in orchestration and automation across even more teams beyond security, and creating complex sales plays with multiple partners. Tines - a partner perspective  

It’s always exciting to see our partners recognize the impact of Tines and our AI capabilities. Gina Yacone, regional and advisory CISO at Trace3, speaks to the value Tines brings in cutting through the noise.
